Multiverse nether portals not working

Bounce back should work more as intended now. Portals should now properly teleport entities!! Multiverse-Core's reload command will now also reload NetherPortal's config. This requires version 4.2.0 of Multiverse-Core or higher. This will create a portal that will transport you to the spawn point in World2. Delete the number in minecraft.1.12.1.jar or whatever version number you have so it changes to minecraft.jar and then save the file. Then go to your server folder.
